Rooms & Rates
Facilities/Rooms: .3 bedrooms: 2 queen and 1 bunk beds, kitchen/living/dining room, main bathroom and ensuite (master bedroom), loft and laundry room .
Cost: $2100 weekly from July 1 - August 31.

Paypal, Money Order (sorry we are not set up for credit cards)
Deposit - 40% of rental fee to be paid at time of booking
Security/damage deposit of $750 due 1 week prior to bookingand returned within 7 days of end of rental provided no damages have occurred in the home or on the property.
Final payment due 30 days prior to rental start date
Restrictions & Limitations:
House accommodates 4 adults and 2 children (bunk beds). No smoking permitted in house or on property. Renters are responsible to leave the cottage clean at the end of the rental period. *Bedroom with bunk beds has access to top deck.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit booking of 40% is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 30 days of rental start date.

Bedroom 1
Situated on the main floor, next to the bathroom, this lovely bedroom has a queen bed with a full closet. Looks out onto the back of the property.
Bedroom 2
Fitted with bunk beds, this room is best for the children. This bedroom also faces the back of the property with a *door which leads out to the top deck. It has a full closet and a chest of drawers and is also next to the bathroom.
